1 week
One week after your files arrive
30 days
of PULSE, included
How it works
Step 1
Send everything you have
A full export of your special education records, staff lists, schedules and contracts, in whatever format your systems produce. Drag the files in; there is nothing new for your staff to fill out.
Step 2
We read it
Eric and our team read your files ourselves. Every review is done by people, not by software alone.
Step 3
Your written report
One week after your files arrive, you receive the report: your district's data as we received it, what it shows, and what is missing from it. No student names, so it can go to your board.
Step 4
A readout together
We walk through the report with you and answer your questions.
What the report covers
Workload
Each provider’s IEP service minutes against the hours in their contract, by role and by school.
Compliance
IEP timelines from your own records: what is coming due, and what your files cannot show.
Cost
Positions the service minutes support, contracted services beside employing staff, and out-of-district placements.
Your state’s monitoring criteria
Your district’s figures beside the measures your state monitors you on.
After the review
Your 30 days of PULSE start with your own data already loaded. If you subscribe within 60 days of receiving the report, the review fee is credited in full toward your first year.
If you do not subscribe, you keep the review, the report and the compliance view.
Who leads it
Eric Oxford, Ed.D. began as a special education teacher, led a therapeutic day school and served as a Director of Student Services. He leads and signs every review.
Larger reviews
For a district that wants findings, recommendations and a plan, not only a picture.
