What it costs

Multiply your number of schools by $2,500. That is your annual price. A school is each building with its own state-assigned school code. Programs housed inside a school count with that school. Your district office is included. Districts with ten or more schools, and regional networks, get a quote from us.

Regional networks, service agencies and cooperatives: talk to us about one agreement for every member district.

Founding-partner rate: districts that sign by December 31, 2026 lock $2,500 per school for their first three years. Your price moves only if your number of schools does. There are no other public discounts.

How it is priced

A number your business office can budget.

You know your price before the first call. It is your number of schools times $2,500, and it holds for the whole agreement year.

It does not move when a student's plan changes, when a provider is hired, or when a caseload is rebalanced. Those are the things PULSE exists to help you manage, and your bill should not move with them.

No add-ons

There is no higher tier.

Every district on PULSE gets every feature. Access is governed by a person's role in your district, not by what your district paid.

Every provider, administrator, and team member in your district has access. You are not counting licenses.

Regional networks, service agencies and cooperatives can bring PULSE to their member districts under a single agreement. The agency gets a view no individual district can assemble on its own: provider sharing, regional benchmarking, and staffing patterns across the whole membership.

Data Access and Protection Agreement
Student data is governed by a Data Access and Protection Agreement executed between your district and The Inclusive Practice, LLC. Under that agreement your district designates The Inclusive Practice, LLC a school official with a legitimate educational interest under FERPA, 34 C.F.R. § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B).

Common questions.

How does a district get started?+
Book a call or email us. We walk through your buildings, your providers, and your contracts, then set up your account and onboard your team. We will give you a date for your first numbers on the first call.
Can we run a pilot before committing?+
Yes. We run pilots with districts who want to see PULSE on their own data first. Email us and we will scope a pilot for one or two buildings, with your real contracts and caseloads, so you can judge it on your numbers rather than on a demo.
What counts as a school?+
A school is each building with its own state-assigned school code. Programs housed inside a school count with that school. Your district office is included.
We have ten or more schools. What do we pay?+
Talk to us. Larger districts and regional networks get a quote built around the agreement they need. Every feature is still included.
Is there a discount?+
One. Districts that sign by December 31, 2026 get the founding-partner rate: $2,500 per school, locked for their first three years. There are no other public discounts. Regional networks, cooperatives and districts with ten or more schools get a quote from us.
Is a Data Readiness Audit included?+
No. The audit and consulting are services our team performs, so they are priced separately. Every product feature is included in the per-school price.
Are any features held back for larger districts?+
No. Every district gets every feature. What a person can see and do is governed by their role in your district, not by what your district paid.
Does PULSE replace Frontline, PowerSchool, or our IEP system?+
No, and that is intentional. PULSE is workforce intelligence: scheduling, workload, and sustainability. We take the files IEP and SIS platforms already export rather than replace them. If your procurement team asks about overlap, we are happy to join that call.
What if we open or close a school?+
Your number of schools is set at the start of the agreement year and holds for that year. If it has changed at renewal, the price follows.
