Districts joining through a regional service agency pay twenty seven dollars per student, with a two thousand dollar minimum.

Districts starting with PULSE before December 31, 2026 hold the published rate for three years from their start date. Your price still tracks your student count, so it moves as your district does, but the rate itself does not change.

How it is priced

The unit that describes the work.

A building is a poor measure of what a special education team carries. A high school serving two hundred students on IEPs and an elementary school serving forty are both one building, and they are not the same scheduling problem, the same compliance exposure, or the same staffing question.

Students on an IEP is the unit your ratios already use, the unit your state reporting already uses, and the unit your funding already follows. A district serving more students receives more to serve them. Pricing on the same unit keeps what you pay proportional to what you carry.

No add-ons

There is no higher tier.

Every district on PULSE gets every feature. Access is governed by a person's role in your district, not by what your district paid.

One agreement. Every member district.

Regional service agencies can bring PULSE to their member districts under a single agreement. Member districts of an agency that has an agreement with us pay twenty seven dollars per student, with a two thousand dollar minimum. The agency gets a view no individual district can assemble on its own: provider sharing, regional benchmarking, and staffing patterns across the whole membership.

The agency handles the agreement and the onboarding once rather than district by district, which is why the rate is lower.

Data Access and Protection Agreement
Student data is governed by a Data Access and Protection Agreement executed between your district and The Inclusive Practice, LLC. Under that agreement your district designates The Inclusive Practice, LLC a school official with a legitimate educational interest under FERPA, 34 C.F.R. § 99.31(a)(1)(i)(B).

Common questions.

How does a district get started?+
Book a call or email us. We walk through your buildings, your providers, and your contracts, then set up your account and onboard your team. Most districts are running their real numbers within the first week.
Can we run a pilot before committing?+
Yes. We run pilots with districts who want to see PULSE on their own data first. Email us and we will scope a pilot for one or two buildings, with your real contracts and caseloads, so you can judge it on your numbers rather than on a demo.
Which students count?+
Every student your district holds an IEP for, as reported in your state child count. That includes students in out-of-district placements, because your district holds the IEP, carries the cost, and remains responsible for the services.
Are any features held back for larger districts?+
No. Every district gets every feature. What a person can see and do is governed by their role in your district, not by what your district paid.
Does PULSE replace Frontline, PowerSchool, or our IEP system?+
No, and that is intentional. PULSE is workforce intelligence: scheduling, workload, and sustainability. We integrate with IEP and SIS platforms rather than replace them. If your procurement team asks about overlap, we are happy to join that call.
What if our count changes?+
The count is set at the start of the agreement year and holds for that year. If it has moved at renewal, the price follows.
