PULSE Support

PULSE is used by school districts, and every PULSE account comes from a district. Here is how to reach us, help a staff member sign in, and delete an account.

Reach PULSE

Email

Write to PULSE support at eric@theinclusivepractice.com

In the phone app

Open You, then Help and support, then Contact PULSE. We reply by email and in PULSE on the web.

In PULSE on the web

Choose Help & feedback in PULSE. You can follow our reply in the same place.

A staff member cannot sign in

The PULSE phone app signs people in with a 6-digit code sent to their work email. A district administrator can help with these steps:

  1. Check that the person is using the same work email address the district invited.
  2. Ask them to send a new code from the sign-in screen and use the newest email. A code expires after a short time.
  3. If their invitation has expired, open Invite Users in PULSE on the web, find the person, and choose Send again. They get a new invitation by email.
  4. If they still cannot sign in, write to PULSE support with the person's work email and district.

A lost or replaced phone can be signed out from PULSE on the web, under Account settings, Signed-in phones.

Delete an account

In the phone app, open You, then Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. The request comes to PULSE support and that phone is signed out.

You can also ask by email, from the address on the account, at eric@theinclusivepractice.com

Deleting an account removes the sign-in and personal settings. The records a person made as a district employee, such as sessions, notes and attestations, belong to the district and stay with it under its data agreement. We email you when the account is removed.
