The people behind PULSE for Education
Special education measures compliance in exhaustive detail. It almost never measures whether the people delivering services can do the work in the hours they are contracted to work.
PULSE for Education measures that: each provider's mandated IEP services, direct and indirect, set against the working hours in their contract.
A director can then show a board what the department needs.
The Special Education Observatory publishes the public figures behind that conversation, state by state and district by district.
PULSE for Education and the Observatory are made by The Inclusive Practice, LLC.
