Step by step
- Open the invitations pageDistrict administrators invite anyone on the roster. A school administrator sees their own school’s staff.
- Choose people from the roster, or paste a list“From your staff roster” lets you filter by school and group (leaders, licensed providers, paraprofessionals and assistants, classroom teachers, other staff). “Paste a list or upload a CSV” takes one person per line, or a spreadsheet with an email column.
- SendPULSE sends each person their own invitation, one every fraction of a second rather than all at once, and waits and tries again if the mail service asks it to slow down.
- See where each invitation standsEach list you send is kept, with every person’s status: sent, arrived, did not arrive, expired, or signed in. “Sent” means the mail service took it; “Arrived” means the receiving mail system confirmed it.
- Send againPress “Send again” for anyone whose invitation did not arrive, after checking the spelling of the address with the person. An expired invitation is replaced with a new one, and the old link stops working.
- Districts that use Teams onlyA district that uses PULSE Teams without a staff roster invites people without a staff record. Choose each person’s seat and team before sending. A provider who should have their own caseload is added as staff first.
